icon-jobs1Missing very little at the launch of the new service proposed by the Rekruited platform, intended to facilitate the matching between breeders of staff and candidates. It’s in beta version already almost definitive, final adjustments.

Building on its experience in the work of creaming of résumés, intended to facilitate recruitment by companies or agencies of recruitment, Rekruited will implement its service offering: the portal can directly receive nominations.

The system will operate through the registration of candidates who will specify the geographic area in which they are interested in working, the product sector for which you are most interested and the business for which you believe you are best suited.

The applicant here inserts only emails that will generate an anonymous profile.

The profiles will be blind mode, meaning that the interviewer won’t know the identity of the candidates until the latter will not respond to the proposal of the selectors.

The latter has a secondary importance because candidates do not need a public profile, something often seen by their current employers, and may therefore be willing to have new experiences.

Rekruited is an absolute innovation in research staff: until now, in fact, the procedure adopted by companies to select staff was to write an ad, receive thousands of resumes, watch them, make a preselection via phone or skype, and summon the preselected for making job interviews, losing in this way weeks to select a few staff members.

With the new platform the recruiter won’t have to do is register on the Rekruited portal, enter data that will be used to skim the candidates registered on the site, receive the best profile in hand, at which point to the talks.

The result will be guaranteed by a proven system of filters based on questions to ask the candidates: only those who actually are in accordance with the required profile will continue the selection process.

Profile selections that are proposed on the portal will be reamed directly from Rekruited and then forwarded to breeders.

The company will rely on Rekruited will have the possibility of developing specific questions, multiple choice or essay, under which make a strong selection of candidates.

This is an innovative approach, quickly and safely, which simplifies to the bone the selection process of companies and reduces costs for the task. But soptrttutto an approach that will make the interview who responded well to questions and not to those who have had the good fortune of having read the resumes.
